About Tony Wilimitis

Hi, there! Welcome to Snow Schoolers! My love and passion for the sport of skiing began 35 years ago in Indiana of all places, at a little ski hill called Paoli Peaks. When I moved to Santa Fe, NM, twenty years ago, I was a classroom teacher who loved to ski. So, joining the ski school in Santa Fe was a no-brainer! I’ve been a teacher in various capacities for 20 years and a ski instructor for 6 years. I tell people that I love to teach (and learn!) as much as I love to ski. After living in the desert for several years, I’m addicted to all activities involving water - fly fishing, SUP, water skiing, surfing, snorkeling, and the list goes on! I look forward to helping you discover the FUN of skiing in a SAFE and FAMILY-FRIENDLY environment! In addition to traditional ski lessons, I also instruct our newest beginner’s product, “Stability Based Learning” (see the link on the website for more details.) I’m available for both private and group lessons. So, whether you, your kids, or even a loved one are just getting started with skiing or perhaps just need a little refresher, I'm your man!
