Zach was outstanding with my 3-year old; he had exactly the right mix of fun and detailed instruction to get my little guy excited about skiing. We did two days back-to-back with Zach, and by the end my little guy had fallen in love with skiing. I've already recommended Zach to other friends.

Zach was friendly and cavalier (in a good way) AND he had a challenge teaching both an adult and child at the same time... At the end of the day, my son wanted to Ski again, so I would say it was ultimately sucessful. My only feedback would be I wish we had spent a tiny bit of time prepping for the rope lift (both getting on an exiting) before tackling it. My son fell several times on the rope and I think the prep would have saved time in the end and given him more confidence.
