Zach was friendly and cavalier (in a good way) AND he had a challenge teaching both an adult and child at the same time... At the end of the day, my son wanted to Ski again, so I would say it was ultimately sucessful. My only feedback would be I wish we had spent a tiny bit of time prepping for the rope lift (both getting on an exiting) before tackling it. My son fell several times on the rope and I think the prep would have saved time in the end and given him more confidence.

He was so patient and did a great job explaining everything and demonstrating. He also adjusted really well to our level and was very kind and encouraging. We definitely recommend him to others and would consider booking him again
