Dear Snow Schoolers Community:
As with nearly every other business in Tahoe and the world, we were forced to close our season early due to the global COVID-19 health crisis. We are incredibly thankful to all of our students and instructors for making the '19/20 season a success, and while it is sad to see the season end early, we will certainly be back next year. Until then, we wish that everyone in our community is able to stay healthy and safe. For any guests who had reservations interrupted by the pandemic, you've hopefully already been in contact with our guest services team. Our extenuating circumstances policy now includes full refunds for all impacted customers, and so if you only received a partial cancellation for any reason, please email us at [email protected] and we'll happily make sure your remaining refund is processed.
Please do stay safe out there, and hope to see you all back out on the hill in ~9 months!
